On January 5, 2018, employees of the Drug Control Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan conducted an operational-search action near the Nizhny Pyanj border outpost of Jaihun district of Khatlon region.
As a result, a citizen of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Hakimi Hakimulloh, was suspected of suspecting illegal drug trafficking. An X-ray study in City Hospital No. 3, as well as an additional study at the Istiklol Health Center in Dushanbe, established that a foreign body was in the suspect’s stomach.
Thus, under the supervision of doctors, 38 capsules containing drugs of the “heroin” type with a total weight of 542 grams were seized from the stomach of the said citizen in a natural way.
It was found that an IRA citizen Hakimi Hakimullah bought drugs from an IRA citizen named Saidogo, whose identity was not established, with the aim of transferring drugs into the property of an unknown investigator, nicknamed Muallim, and smuggled into Tajikistan.
A criminal case has been instituted against an IRA citizen Hakimi Hakimulokh and unidentified persons nicknamed “Saidogo” and “Muallim” under articles 200 par. and g. and Art. 289 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, an investigation is underway.
