DUSHANBE, March 29, 2019, Asia-Plus – Officers from the Drug Control Agency (DCA) under the President of Tajikistan detained Bismilohzoda Aminullah, a citizen of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, on N. Makhsum Street, №89/3, №43, during search operations in Dushanbe on March 29. 30 (thirty) packages of brown dough with special smell and 19 (nineteen) square packages of hardened brown substance with special smell ira.
As a result of search operations and investigation, it was found that the above-mentioned amount of drugs “hashish” and “opium” Bismilohzoda Aminullah from acquaintances of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, unknown individuals named “Sharif” and “Nur” is for the purpose of transfer to another person.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against Bismilohzoda Aminullah and a citizen of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan under the provisions of Article 200 (4) (e) of Tajikistan’s Penal Code. An investigation is under way.
